Established Insurance provider seeking a contract recruiter to assist with national full-cycle recruitment of Personal Lines Salespeople.
Functional areas include:Underwriting, Claims, Marketing, Client Services, Billing, Accounting, Project Management, Risk Management and Appraisal positions.
Candidate will be responsible for sourcing talented & diverse candidates utilizing job postings, college recruiting, internet searches, networking and industry related websites, organizations and periodicals.
Other job functions include screening & interviewing candidates to meet client needs;effectively negotiating and communicating offers to successful candidates;and ensuring a positive applicant experience throughout the process.
A minimum of 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, in either a corporate or professional staffing environment is required.The candidate must also possess experience in the Microsoft Office Suite.
