Recruiter - – Parsippany

We are currently seeking a contract recruiter to assist with national full-cycle recruitment for Personal Lines insurance positions. Functional areas include: Underwriting, Claims, Marketing, Client Service, Billing/Accountant, Project Management, Risk Management/Appraisal positions. The person selected for this role will be responsible for:
-Sourcing talented & diverse candidates utilizing job postings, college recruiting, internet based searches, networking & industry related websites, organizations & periodicals.
-Screening & interviewing candidates to meet client needs; effectively negotiating & communicating offers to successful candidates; ensuring positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process.
-Processing all new hire paperwork and hire data utilizing ATS and People click.
-Building and fostering strong relationships with clients, candidates, and peers within the business and Human Resources organizations through customer-focused approach.
The selected candidate should exhibit the following qualities, skills, and experience:
-Minimum of 3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or professional staffing environment.
-Effective written and oral communication skills
-Enthusiastic, can-do attitude
-Must be extremely adaptable, to be able to learn quickly and to work independently with little to no supervision.
-Strong time management, problem solving, decision-making and organizational abilities.
-Ability to work in an extremely demanding, fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
