* Logs and indexes in-coming new hire personnel records
* Ensures timely processing of all I-9's and performs audits as necessary
* Responsible for data entry of new hires into Oracle HRMS as well as making appropriate personnel changes as they come up
* Assists in File Audit projects as requested and pulls out terminated files and prepares for transferring to Iron Mountain
* Handles file requests in a timely manner from appropriate Human Resources employees at the Headquarter and Field locations
* Performs other clerical functions as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
* Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency
* Self motivated and able to contribute individually as well as part of a team
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and personalities
Required Experience
* High school diploma or GED required
* Minimum of 2 years administrative experience in a corporate environment
* 2 years experience in compiling and coordinating data
* 2 years experience utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
* Knowledge of HRMS systems preferred (i.e. Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft)Job: Administrative Assistant/Coordinator
